What is needed for the successful development of historical centers?

This was discussed today during the online session of the forum "REBUS: Economics of construction in the historical center".

The Head of the PPP Development Department of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, Elina Zhiganova, and the Director of the OKN sector of the Spectrum Group, Egor Dontsov, acted as moderators of the block "Investment Instruments for the development of historical Territories".

The speakers discussed issues of supporting projects under targeted programs, prospects for the development of the PPP mechanism in historical cities, the involvement of cultural objects in economic turnover.

Each speaker made proposals on investment instruments for the development of historical territories, which will later form the basis of theses on the results of the session.
