Major investment projects in the construction sector in 2023
Today, at the board of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister Marat Aizatullin spoke about large investment infrastructure projects that have been built and are under construction.
Implemented in 2023
- construction of 2 technology parks of the Innopolis SEZ: 1 in the Laishevsky district and 1 in the city of Innopolis.
600 new jobs have been created in technology parks. The volume of investments amounted to more than 2 billion rubles.
Started in 2023
- construction of a new engineering infrastructure of the Innopolis SEZ, as well as modernization of an automatic modular boiler house.
- construction of engineering and road infrastructure for the industrial park “Sviyazhsk Multimodal Logistics Center” and the third stage of the OZON universal warehouse in the Zelenodolsk region.
- construction of the infrastructure of the industrial park "Mendeleevsk 2.0".
In December 2023, a co-financing agreement was concluded.
- construction of engineering infrastructure of the 3rd stage of the Razvitie industrial park in Naberezhnye Chelny.
In 2023, an application for co-financing was submitted to VEB.RF.
- construction of the industrial park “Tura 2.0”.
With financing from VEB.RF.
In his speech, Rustam Minnikhanov called for using an integrated approach to construction: the developer receives money from the sale of apartments and leaves, “and we as a whole republic sort out the problems that arise.” The issue of commuting is acute; for example, in the Vysokogorsk region alone, 20 thousand residents go to work in Kazan every day. One solution could be to create an industrial park in the area itself. The head of the Vysokogorsky district, Ravil Khisamutdinov, reported to the board on the consideration of issues regarding the location of the site.
Talia Minullina commented from the sidelines of the event: “The next board of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, in which the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin also took part, shows that the agglomeration approach is coming to the fore in construction today. The creation of master plans for the cities of the republic allows us to avoid social, transport, and logistics problems in the future. This is also a clear roadmap for attracting investors to the territory."
