Kazan has become a meeting place for event industry experts
The Annual Meeting of the National Association of Event Organizers (NAOM) is being held in Kazan on February 7-11. More than 60 event industry professionals gathered in the Republic of Tatarstan for training, networking and acquaintance with the experience of the republic in holding events of various formats and scales.
Today, the participants met in the walls of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan. In addition to the already traditional tour of the Unified Presentation Center, the forum participants will have a strategic session on the topic "Development of the event potential of Tatarstan".
The head of the Agency Taliya Minullina made a presentation of the region about the peculiarities of the development of the event industry in the Republic of Tatarstan to the guests. "Our Agency is responsible for attracting private investment to the republic. Here we are talking about medium and large business projects. And since we are responsible for the investment promotion of the territory so that our republic is recognized around the world, we are also responsible for the congress and exhibition activities in the Republic of Tatarstan."
The head of AIR told the experts about the annual and thematic events that take place in the region. In the introductory part of the meeting, the audience will also get acquainted with the activities of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Culture of our republic, as well as learn about the experience of the largest exhibition site in the Volga Federal District — the Kazan Expo IEC.
