Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: "investment hour" with Aznakaevsky district
Aznakaevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.
The head of the Aznakaevsky district, Marcel Shaidullin, said that an important indicator of the development of the district is the volume of gross territorial product, which at the end of last year amounted to 89.7 billion rubles or 102% in comparable prices. The plan for 2023 is a VTP in the amount of 95.4 billion rubles.
The implementation of investment projects contributes to the sustainable development of the district. The total volume of investments in the municipal district in 2022 is estimated at 6.4 billion rubles, which amounted to 105% at comparable prices in 2022 to 2021.
Aznakaevskaya sewing factory has launched a workshop for the production of knitwear. The total investment in the project amounted to about 25 million rubles.
The plant "Spetsmash" sells equipment to more than 10 dealers in Russia, supplies to the near and far abroad. For the armed forces, it produces armored van bodies, spare parts for repairing equipment, mobile command posts. It is planned to build a workshop for the production of body equipment, which will increase the volume of production more than twice. The volume of investments will amount to over 70 million rubles.
At the initiative of PJSC Tatneft, a project is being implemented to build an energy-efficient, environmentally sustainable settlement on the basis of the Aktobe settlement. The territory is becoming a new growth point in the South-East of Tatarstan. It is planned to create more than five hundred jobs.
Also, one of the main tasks of the district is to attract residents to industrial parks. In 2022, 9 entrepreneurs received the status of a resident. In total, 6 accredited municipal industrial parks are located on the territory of Aznakaevsky district, where 28 enterprises are engaged in the production of products and services, 545 people are employed. In total, 141.5 million rubles were attracted to industrial parks in 2022.
