Investing in Tatarstan in 2020 is even more profitable!

In 2020, the volume of investments for the residents of Naberezhnye Chelny Priority Social and Economic Development Area with the creation of 15 jobs was reduced from 50 million to 20 million rubles. The Decree was signed by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The changes have influenced the list of types of economic activity within the Priority Social and Economic Development Area. Starting this year, developers of computer software and business in the field of information technology can be located here. The minimum amount of investments for such projects is 2.5 million rubles when creating 10 jobs.

“Tatarstan offers the best conditions for doing business: tax incentives, industrial infrastructure, safe, comfortable and promising environment for the lives of professionals who work in enterprises. Today, in view of the easing of requirements for joining the Priority Social and Economic Development Area, new opportunities are opening up for investors to promote the development of the business community of Tatarstan,” said Taliya Minullina, the Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.

Naberezhnye Chelny is the large industrial center of the region, the center of the Kama agglomeration, the second most populous city in the republic and the third in Russia among cities that are not centers of the constituents. This is the first Russian city to receive the status of a territory of priority social and economic development. Thanks to the activities of enterprises, more than 15 billion rubles were invested in the city economy and 5,170 new jobs were created. Today, five such territories operate in Tatarstan. Naberezhnye Chelny is the leader in the number of residents. There are currently 40 residents there.
