Three new residents are entering SEZ "Alabuga"

Today, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan has held the first session of Expert board. The Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina was invited as a permanent member of the Expert board. During the meeting, the projects of three new resident companies of SEZ «Alabuga» were reviewed.

The investment project of the first company assumes construction of a plant producing one-component polyurethane foams, adhesive foams and purifiers for polyurethane foam. The production’s startup is foreseen by the first quarter of the year 2018.

In turn, the second company has offered to realization the project on the creation of a new plant for the manufacture of PVC compounds and PVC films with a total amount over 22 000 million tons per year. It is expected that the project will create 98 jobs. Launching of production is scheduled for the first quarter of 2017.

The third investment project assumes construction of a factory for manufacturing of plant protection products and plastic containers for packaging. The projected annual production volume is 30 million liters, and the number of employees is 303 people. Launch of new production is planned by the fourth quarter of 2018.

The members of Expert board approved the drafts of prospective residents. Then the projects will be considered by the Expert board under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and after that they will be given the status of the residents of special economic zone «Alabuga».
