Tatarstan representatives pass a training course on best practices for achieving favourable investment climate

Regional management will pass training at the platform of The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) and Agency for strategic initiatives. An increasing of management mastership for improvement of investment climate and business conditions in Russian regions is a key goal of the training.

In the course of the training teams will analyze concrete tasks and cases, existing in this field. Participants will also learn a theory and practice of systematic picture of leadership, team interaction, changes management and projects. They can adopt the practices and learn examples of effective behavior of leaders and managerial teams.

Taliya Minullina, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive, Albert Karimov and Roman Shaykhutdinov, deputies of Tatarstan Prime minister and Artem Zdunov, minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan are included into Tatarstan group.

«324 regional civil servants will pass the training in total in the framework of the program, including governors, vice governors, regional ministers, heads of development corporations, regional key chief executives. Assistant to President of Rusian Federation Andrey Belousov is in charge of this program. The course, based on learning the best practices of Agency for strategic initiatives, is unique for its content, teaching methodology and academic staff. The best professors of the Academy, as well as international experts, including teachers of the world best business schools Harvard and leading European business-school INSEAD, a graduate of Harvard and Princeton Yermolai Solzhenitsyn, son of writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn will teach us,» — told Taliya Minullina. «Gained experience will define new standards of the management in the regions».
