Tatarstan-Israel relations are getting stronger
On June 26-29 2017, the delegation of the Republic of tatarstan paid a working visit to Israel, the delegation included representatives of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and Export Corporation of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of five districts of the republic, as well as heads of agricultural companies.
During the visit, the meetings with the leaders of Ministry of Economy of Israel, representatives of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Israel, Vice President and Dean for Research and Development Albert Pinhasov, Director General of MODCON systems company implementing integrated technological solutions took place.
The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan visited RHM feed producing plants, the largest dairy farm "Afimilk", farms of Sad, Shvaim, Wuval and Bait Turia companies, and at the end of the mission Tatarstan delegation took part in agro-industrial exhibition FreshAgroMashov 2017.
The exhibition is held annually since 1994 and is the largest international agricultural exhibition in Israel now. The event brings together professionals from different livestock areas: workers of chicken coops and incubators, goat-growing farms, dairy cows, cattle, representatives of fish, horse, bee farms and many others. This year, the event was attended by the representatives of more than 30 countries.
On June 8 2017, to ensure an effective bilateral interaction before a mission under Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, representatives of Israel business community visited Kazan. In the framework of the business meeting, representatives of Israel agricultural companies learned about trade, economic and industrial potential of Tatarstan. Presentations of industrial parks of the Republic of Tatarstan, SEZ "Alabuga" and SEZ "Innopolis" were organized by the Agency for the representatives of Israel.
