Tatarstan intends to cooperate with Kostanay region of Kazakhstan

Kostanay region of Kazakhstan is interested in developing cooperation and exchanging experience in attracting investors with Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. This was stated by deputy akim of Kostanay region Meyrzhan Myzaliyev during his visit to TIDA.

The official delegation led by Mr. Myrzaliev visited Tatarstan Investment Development Agency to get acquainted with the activities of Tatarstan in the direction of attracting investments to the region. The Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Talia Minulinna presented the structure of Tatarstan’s economy, potential areas for cooperation between Tatarstan.

Meirzhan Myrzaliyev said that the first industrial site for investors with a total area of 400 hectares is under construction in the region. Therefore, Kazakhstan is interested in Tatarstan’s experience in working on creation of industrial sites. Erbol Suleimenov the regional director of Kazakh Invest, engaged in attracting investments to Kazakhstan, became the part of the delegation visiting Tatarstan.

Talia Minullina noted that Tatarstan is open to cooperation with the Republic of Kazakhstan and Kostanay region in various segments, including agriculture and industry which are the most developed branches of the regional economy
