Kazan Legal 2017
For the first time, international legal forum will take place in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan. Prominent corporate lawyers, top-managers, consultants and authorities from all over the world will gather to share the recent news in law and economy of their countries and regions, discuss the prospectives of investment cooperation and enjoy rich cultural and excursion program.
According to Forbes latest figures, the largest inflow of foreign portfolio investments is observed in Russia comparing to other countries with emerging markets: more than in China, India, Brazil and Mexico. Resurgence of interest in Russian assets and securities stems both from strengthening of oil prices and expectation of warming of Russian ties with the West and lifting of sanctions. In this context, information on industrial assets and resources concentrated in Russian regions, which flourished rapidly in recent years and the most of investors still have little exposure to it, is of special value. For the third consecutive year, the Republic of Tatarstan ranks first in Russia in investment climate.
The Plenary session "The Legal Environment as a Key Factor in Economic Growth" with participation of the leadership of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of legal services of the leading Tatarstan companies, representatives of the leading Russian and foreign law firms will be held on the margins of the forum.
In addition to the Plenary session, 35 sessions, round tables and briefings are scheduled to be held. Topics to be covered are:
