At the Plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum "The Far East: Expanding the Range of Possibilities", the speeches of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping, the President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga, the Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Lee Nak-yon are expected. According to the organizers of the forum, the EEF-2018 this year will be attended by representatives of about 60 countries.
The booth of the Republic of Tatarstan will be represented in the Pavilion A. The participants will get acquainted with the investment and economic potential of the republic.
Eastern Economic Forum was established by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in 2015. In accordance with the decree, the Eastern Economic Forum is held annually in the city of Vladivostok. Annually, Eastern Economic Forum becomes the place to discuss the key issues of the global economy, regional integration, development of new industries and technologies, as well as the global challenges faced by Russia and other countries. Forum events are held in the format of panel sessions, round table discussions, television debates, business breakfast and business dialogues devoted to Russia's relations with various countries of the world.
