Haier plans to place about 12 new factories for the production of household appliances on the territory of the industrial park.
The planned Haier Industrial Park is a full–fledged urban quarter with a residential sector, social infrastructure and landscaping facilities. In addition to industrial facilities, Haier will build a logistics complex and an R&D center (R&D), a business center, a sports complex, a medical center, a store and a hostel for nonresident employees in Naberezhnye Chelny for its own needs.
