On the margins of the Eastern Economic Forum itself, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan with a delegation of the regional Government met with the Head of the Republic of Khakassia - Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov.

At the meeting, an Agreement was signed between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Khakassia on trade, economic, scientific, technical, social and cultural cooperation. An Action Plan for 2022-2024 was also signed to implement the agreement.

The action plan until 2025 for the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Irkutsk region was signed today in Vladivostok. The document was signed by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of the Irkutsk Region Igor Kobzev.

“Tatarstan and the Irkutsk region are large industrial regions. We need to intensify our contacts”, - said, in particular, the President of Tatarstan.

Insaf Galiev also took part in the meeting between Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of the Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Solodov. The signing of the Agreement between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kamchatka Territory on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation took place.

“I am grateful to the Republic of Tatarstan for cooperation. We are now actively developing construction, so we are ready to work in this area. In addition, we are interested in your experience in attracting investments,” the Governor of the Kamchatka Territory noted in turn.

Also in Vladivostok, an agreement was signed on the renovation of the territory of the river port of Kazan. According to preliminary calculations, the total amount of investments in the development of the territory of the river port of Kazan (287 hectares) is 500 billion rubles. Today, these areas are occupied by idle production, warehouses, and abandoned premises.

One of the important agreements for the development of investment cooperation with the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District was the signing of an agreement on cooperation between The Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and the Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It was signed by Insaf Galiev, First Deputy Head of the Investment Development Agency of Tatarstan, and Anna Struchkova, General Director of the Investment Promotion Agency of Yakutia.
