The Vysokogorsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development in the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The head of the Vysokogorsky district, Ravil Khisamutdinov, said that the main indicator of the district's activity is the volume of gross regional product, which in 2021 amounted to 26.9 billion rubles (with an increase of 110.2% compared to the previous year). According to estimates, the volume of GRP in the first half of the year amounted to 18 billion rubles. The task set by the head of the district for 2022 is to bring the volume of GRP to 30.6 billion rubles with an increase of 113.7% compared to the previous year.
In the Vysokogorsky municipal district, all conditions are being created to facilitate the inflow of investments. In 2021, the volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 10.8 billion rubles. (116% against the level of the previous year) For the current year, this indicator is projected at 12.3 billion rubles, which will be 114% compared to the previous year (1 half of the year - 7.8 billion rubles).
Kazan Pipe Rolling Plant LLC implemented a project for the construction of the first stage of a production workshop with an area of 2,000 sq.m. The total amount of investments will be more than 100 million rubles.
In the village of Mamonino, investors from the Ulyanovsk region have begun to implement an investment project for the construction of a slaughterhouse with the creation of a meat processing facility. To date, one of the 3 plots required to accommodate production has been purchased. Investors plan to start earthworks this year and invest about 70 million rubles with the creation of 30 jobs.
An investor from the Tyumen region plans to create a complex for the production of extruded polystyrene foam in the region. The total cost of the project is 480 million rubles. with the creation of up to 80 jobs. The project implementation period is from 2022 to the 2nd quarter of 2025. As of today, as a result of close collaboration with the investor, a land plot was quickly selected and problematic issues on technological connection to power grids were removed.
IE Kasimov continues to implement the project for the construction of a cheese production workshop with milk processing with a production capacity of 10 tons per day. Production and acceptance of raw milk will be located in the same building (capital building). The total amount of investments is 127 million rubles. It is planned to create 12 jobs.
In 2022, the agricultural enterprises of the district are implementing the following investment projects:
"Biryuly" CJSC - construction of fur farm sheds, overhaul of the animal kitchen and boiler house of the animal kitchen.
“AF Tatarstan” LLC - modernization of the milking milking unit for the dairy complex, construction of a cowshed for 390 heads.
"Bitaman" LLC - construction of a cowshed for 200 heads.
“Elita” JSC - overhaul of the quarantine building.
In total, it is planned to invest more than 320 million rubles for 2022.
The implementation of a large-scale project for the construction of Belaya Alley and Provence residential complexes with a total investment of more than 4 billion rubles is also ongoing.
The Unistroy company continues to implement the project of the new Atmosfera residential complex, designed for 14 houses and more than three thousand seven hundred apartments. The total investment in housing construction will be about 11 billion rubles.
