For 7 months of the current year, enterprises and organizations shipped goods of their own production in the amount of 7 billion 733 million rubles. The average monthly salary in the district for 6 months of the current year amounted to 46,135 rubles
Taking into account the dynamics of the main indicators of investment activity, all conditions are created in the district that contribute to the inflow of investments. According to the forecast for the current year, it is planned to invest in fixed assets in the amount of 4 billion 800 million rubles, which will be 106.6% compared to the previous year.
In December this year, Tatneft-PressComposite LLC (Elabuga) is planning to open a plant for the production of fiberglass pipes. Fiberglass pipes will be used in the petrochemical industry for the own needs of PJSC TATNEFT. The plant plans to operate 24/7. The planned volume of investments will be 2 billion rubles. 220 jobs will be created.
The plans for the development of the enterprise "Alexandrovsky distillery" include the production of ethyl acetate for the oil industry, the military-industrial complex, for paint and varnish plants and the sale of by-products: dry fodder yeast and carbon dioxide. I must say that at the stage of registration of fixed assets there were problems with the withdrawal of columns fr om the “rosalcohol regulation” register. Today, the final works are being carried out at the enterprise before the launch of the distillery: installation and piping of new columns, fine-tuning of mechanisms and assemblies. The cost of the project is 200 million rubles. 150 jobs will be created.
In April of this year, MK “Omega” launched an asphalt plant with a capacity of 100 tons per hour. The volume of investments amounted to 120 million rubles. New jobs have been created. Also, the enterprise MK "Omega" plans to build a workshop for the production of reinforced concrete products. The volume of planned investments will amount to 90 million rubles. 20 jobs will be created. Work is scheduled to begin in early 2023.
Ambient Company, an investor from the Republic of Bashkortostan, opens the production of high-quality plastic goods. The company strives to create original products that have premium quality and unique appearance.
The company purchased new equipment from China and Turkey. Installation and commissioning are currently underway. 10 items of products will be produced. The cost of the project is 60 million rubles. 40 jobs will be created. In the future, the company plans to launch two more production lines and bring the product line up to 28 items. The launch of the enterprise is scheduled for October 1 this year.
The grain processing workshop of Bavlinsky Flour Mill LLC has been operating on the market since 2010, wh ere flour is produced fr om grain and vegetable crops, ready-made flour mixtures and baking dough.
This year, the mill was reconstructed, which increased the daily output to 150 tons. The output per month is 4,000 tons. The company employs 50 people. The plans for further development include the construction of a mini elevator, a feed mill with a capacity of 1,500 tons per month, an increase in the transport section to 10 units of equipment, as well as the purchase and launch of an automatic line for small packaging from 1 to 3 kg. The volume of investments will amount to 39 million rubles. Additionally, 10 jobs will be created. The project implementation period is until May 1, 2023.
In May of this year, "Alexander Commercial Association" launched a plant for the production of expanded clay blocks. The cost of the project is 35 million rubles. 10 jobs created.
Also, the Bavlinsky workshop of the garment factory of JSC "Aznakay kiemnere" began to work in the district. The sewing workshop is equipped with modern imported equipment, which allows the production of overalls corresponding to certificates from 1 to 3 safety protection classes. The cost of the project is 5 million rubles. 20 jobs created.
Small and medium business plays a special role in the economic and social life of the region. There are 2 medium and 149 small businesses registered in the district.
On the territory of the district there is an Agro-industrial park, wh ere 6 residents operate. A slaughterhouse operates on the adjacent territory of the agro-park. In order to sell their products to the population, agricultural fairs are organized weekly with the participation of personal subsidiary, peasant farms and trade facilities of the district.
