Investment digest of the Republic of Tatarstan: "investment hour" with Bugulminsky district
Bugulminsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan reported on the implementation of measures to ensure sustainable socio-economic development within the framework of the republican meeting chaired by the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Such meetings are held on a weekly basis in the Government House of the Republic. The report of the head of the district examines the main indicators of the district's activity, the development of industries, the state of entrepreneurship, the level of wages and unemployment, the pace of construction of social infrastructure and housing, education, achievements in various fields.

The head of Bugulma district Linar Zakirov said that an important indicator of the development of the district is the volume of gross territorial product, which by the end of 2022 will amount to 78 billion rubles, the district has set a task for the current year to increase the growth rate by 7% and reach 80 billion rubles.

The implementation of investment projects contributes to the sustainable development of the district. The total volume of investments in the municipal district in 2022 is estimated at 7.5 billion rubles.

One of the main growth factors was, of course, the attraction of the largest milk producer in the country, Ekoniva, to the district.

The company has created a high-tech modern production here. Due to the multiple increase in the number of cattle, the investor increased the amount of acreage for fodder crops by almost 7 thousand hectares. So, today the enterprise processes more than 30 thousand hectares of land - this is 47% of the total volume of arable land in Bugulma district. In 2022, products worth 1 billion 214 million rubles were sold. A company store has been opened. There are plans to open another outlet.

The total volume of investments for the entire period of implementation is more than 11 billion rubles.

Another important project is the construction of an inter—district elevator complex with a capacity of 100 thousand tons. The total investment volume will amount to 2.8 billion rubles.

"Tokarevskaya poultry farm" of the agroholding "RESOURCE" is an enterprise that appeared on the basis of the "plemreproduct" liquidated in 2019. There are already 300 thousand heads of broiler poultry on the sites of the new poultry farm. This year, it is expected to produce 32 million pieces of incubation eggs. In 2022, almost 42 million rubles were invested in the company.

More than 41 million rubles of investments in equity were attracted by the NGO "NTES" enterprise. The main activity is the development and production of equipment for the oil industry. In 2022, the production of special equipment – mini-loaders began at their own production facilities.

Bugulma Cable Plant produces and sells cable and wire products. The total volume of manufactured products in 2022 amounted to 352 million rubles. Attracted investments in fixed assets in the amount of more than 11 million rubles.

Today, preparatory work is underway for the implementation of the large-scale project "Karabash Sea". In addition to the beach and a place for swimming, the future tourist area will include a ski complex. It will consist of five tracks with a total length of 6 km. There will also be a hotel, guest houses, a restaurant, a food court and a SPA area on the territory. The total area of the resort will be over 31 hectares, and the volume of investments will be more than 400 million rubles.

Private industrial sites are also accredited in Bugulminsky district. The single management company is Bugulminsky Dairy Plant. Their total area is more than 50 thousand square meters. 7 residents are engaged in the processing of dairy products and the production of bakery products. The turnover of enterprises last year amounted to 701 million rubles.
