The program of the All-Russian Conference "Blockchain: New Oil of Russia”
Thanks to the initiative of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, the first all-Russian Conference "Blockchain: New Oil of Russia” will be held IT-capital of Republic of the Tatarstan Innopolis. The event will gather top-managers and leaders of high-tech companies, representatives of government and developers, who will discuss actual challenges blockchain technologies bring to the world, alternative options of developing business scenarios in this direction, denote main trends and blockchain's perspectives, as well as the possibility of structural changes in the legislation, caused by new technology.
The special guest of the conference is Vitalik Buterin - Man of the Year 2016 by Fortune magazine, co-founder of the project Ethereum, who got the World Technology Award in 2014. Chairman of the Board of Vnesheconombank Sergey Gorkov, Senior Vice President of Sberbank CIB Igor Bulantsev, Chairman of the Board of Ak Bars Bank Zufar Garayev, Head of the interdepartmental group on assessing the risks of turnover of the crypto currency of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Elina Sidorenko, Managing partner at Juscutum Attorneys Association Artem Afyan as well as Member of the Supervisory Board of Ethereum Vladislav Martynov will be among the members of the expert community of the upcoming event.
