The President of Tatarstan was elected to be the President of the Board of Directors of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”

OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”would not accrue dividends for the year 2016; all the net income will be traditionally used for the company's development. Such decision was made by the participants of the annual meeting of the shareholders of the holding on June 5.

The Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Taliya Minullina also took part in the meeting.

The company's net income increased by 34% compared with the year 2016. The increase is due to regular reassessment of securities. The lion's share of net profit is the equities of PJSC "Tatneft".

At the meeting, the shareholders elected its new Board of Directors. The composition did not undergo any fundamental transformations.

The Board of Directors includes the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Aide to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rinat Sabirov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Karimov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin, Aide to Tatarstan President on oil industry issues Shafagat Takhautdinov, Consultant to Tatarstan President on the development of oil and gas fields Renat Muslimov, Director General of "Tatneft" Oil Company Nail Maganov, Director General of TAIF Company Albert Shigabutdinov and his First Deputy Vladimir Busygin, Chief Executives of a number of a largest companies of Tatarstan.

Soon after shareholders meeting, the meeting of Board of Directors of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” was held. Rustam Minnikhanov was re-elected the Chairman of this organization, since there were no alternatives proposed.

Again, Rafinat Yarullin was approved to be the Director General of “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”.
