The representative of Procter & Gamble will share the experience of production digitalization at IoT World Summit Russia 2018

In Kazan, on October 1-2 Global Technology Manager of the Indian branch of Procter & Gamble Amit Kurhekar will share the experience of the launch of smart production at the enterprises in the frames of the International Digital Summit Iot World Russia.

"Starting the project in the context of Industry 4.0, first of all it is necessary to select the field of application of IoT technologies, which need the optimization and reduction of costs by using the data received", - Kurhekar says. 

According to the experts, it is very important to benefit in the early stages of technology implementation. Therefore, you need to choose the area in which you have strong chances for success.

"If you have a production company, it would be easy to find a use for technology. This is one of the areas, where one can easily get different data and demonstrate its value with specific examples", - the representative of P&G believes.

Amit Kurhekar has a lot of projects implemented in the sphere of Industry 4.0 under his belt. With his direct participation P&G launched "Smart machines" program for production automation and opened a Data Science department with an impressive team of scientists. Staff and project management, industrial Internet of things, prognostic analytics and machine learning are within the purview of the expert.

The expert from India will take part in the round table discussion of the "IoT World Summit Russia", which will take place on October 1-2 in Kazan.
