Khuan Chupin: 'These days the Republic of Tatarstan is a key point for us!'


In Kazan the final seminar on partnership between enterprises from the Chinese
province Hubei and the Republic of Tatarstan was held. The dignitaries from
Russia, Tatarstan and China took part in the event. Contacts with investors were
established, procurement routs in the fields of automobile manufacturing,
manufacturing industry, building industry, agricultural industry, medicine and
tourism were chartered.

The First Deputy province governor Hubei Huan Chupin took on leadership of
the Chinese delegation. In his speech he underscored that he hopes for mutually
beneficial cooperation between the province of Hubei and the Republic of
Tatarstan for commercial and economic relations development, for building-up of
even more firm-friendly ties between the countries within the framework of
“Volga-Yandzi.”

“I am glad to be present at the seminar. I give thanks to the enterprises, which
are interested in widening and building business in the territory of Russia. The
relations between our countries have been developing already for 70 years, it goes
without saying, it is an outstanding event in view of the fact that the 'Volga-
Yandzi' meeting was held. Today's event is also very significant. It is our hope that
the best results will be achieved, and the platform for strategic partnership between
our countries will be established. Nowadays the Republic of Tatarstan is a key
point for us. Kazan with all its hospitality, traditions, and cultural heritage made a
big impression on us. Moreover, we see how the government of Tatarstan supports
us in a very active way. It helps us to fulfill the enormous potential, that we have
for the purpose of relations development,” mentioned Huan Chupin.

At the B2B meetings the representatives of 13 enterprises of the province of
Hubei, and also more than 60 Russian enterprises negotiated on joint projects
implementation.
