    Nanomodified aqueous emulsions of epoxy resins

    The project focuses on the development of import-substitution film-forming components of lubricants applied to the inorganic (glass and basalt) fibers during the manufacturing process.

    The role of the binder component of the lubricant is forming of the fibers on the surface the thin film providing a good adhesive interaction reinforcing fibers and polymeric binder during the manufacture of polymer composite materials (PCM) and high complex operational and technical characteristics of the composites.

    Today, the market is dominated by film-forming agents for lubricants products of foreign manufacturers under the trademarks Neoxil (DSM, The Netherlands), Filco (Coim, Italy) and EPI-REZ ™ Resin (Momentive, USA). However, emulsions having a high colloid chemical stability are obtained using organic solvents. The real alternative to foreign products, that OOO «NPF» Recon «thinks, are aqueous emulsions of epoxy resins modified with nanoparticles.

    Project implementation period — 2.25 years.

    Total Project Budget: 15 million rubles.

    The planned volume of sales after the completion of the project:
    — In kind — 10 tonnes / year;
    — In monetary terms — about 70 thousand dollars. (4700 ths. rubles) / year.

    Organic optoelectronic converters are now rapidly developing sector of the nanotechnology industry. Classic used for imaging optoelectronic converters on the basis of solid-state semiconductor device with a charge feedback (COR-matrix) based on crystalline silicon currently do not provide growth of the resolution of the converter and has a low index of signal / noise ratio, also do not allow at reasonable cost to increase the size of the matrix converter. Organic photonics allows high resolution; significantly increase the active surface of the matrix of optoelectronic converters. In Russia, researches in this area are carried out in some institutes and universities, but these works are limited to the stage of researches. The key objective of the current stage of development of organic photonics trends in our country is the transition to step of Research, development and engineering works and creation of pilot production for the manufacture of samples of organic optoelectronic converters for the purpose of research and testing in conditions as close as possible to the actual operation of devices of this type.

    2017 — 400,000 rubles
    2018 — 200,000 rubles
    2019 — 100,000 rubles
